Order Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

 

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

 

Made-to-Order Items (excluding custom, special, and personalized items):

If you wish to cancel your made-to-order item after 24 hours, store credit will be provided. A cancellation fee of $35 will be charged from the store credit for any cancellation after 24 hours.

 

In-Stock Items:

You may cancel in-stock items only if they haven’t been shipped. Once an item is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

 

Custom/Special/Personalized Items:

Custom orders are FINAL SALE and may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

To cancel your order, please contact us by email at dutchdiamonds@aol.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you can return the item for store credit or exchange it for another product. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

 

Return Policy:

• Items marked as in stock or made to order are eligible for store credit or exchange if returned within 14 days of receipt.

   

• Items returned after 14 days may be refused.

   

• Made-to-order rings will incur a $35 restocking fee.

   

 

Custom/Special/Personalized Items:

Custom, special, personalized items (including engraved pieces) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

 

Loose Diamonds, Engagement Rings, and Wedding Bands:

Diamonds (both natural and lab-grown), engagement rings, and wedding bands are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please consult with one of our experts before purchasing for guidance.

 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including packaging and tags. Altered or worn items, including resized or engraved pieces, cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom, personalized, or altered products are FINAL SALE and are ineligible for return or exchange.

 

Return Limitations:

There is a limit of two returns for store credit per customer.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

• Loose Diamonds

   

• Engagement Rings

   

• Wedding Bands

   

• Gift Cards

   

• Items Purchased Elsewhere

   

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

 

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift card will be emailed to you after the item is returned.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves, the store credit will be issued to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.

 

Sale Discounts

If you purchased during a sale with a discount, store credit will be issued based on the amount you paid. In cases where multiple items were purchased with varying discount tiers, if an item is returned and the remaining items fall below the discount threshold, the refund will be based on the reduced discount rate.

 

Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please contact us directly with your order number and the email used during checkout. Once we review your request, we will notify you if it is eligible for return.

 

Return Shipping Cost:

The customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs, which will be deducted from the store credit. Return shipping costs (including insurance) are $19. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the incorrect item was shipped.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Items showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage will be returned to the sender, and additional restocking fees may apply if the original jewelry box is not returned.

Dutch Diamond Imports reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
